Jeffrey Reddig, President of America's 401(k), Inc., oversees the company's Administration & Operations. Prior to joining America's 401(k), Jeff held various positions in the qualified retirement plan industry including plan administrator, implementation manager, plan consultant and relationship manager for a third-party administrator, as well as in the Retirement Services division of a Professional Employer Organization. Jeff graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor's degree in finance and holds the retirement plan-specific designation Qualified 401(k) Administrator ("QKA"). Jeff proudly served his country for five years in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged as a decorated Petty Officer First Class. Outside of work Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as fishing, camping and playing golf.

Kent Little positions employers and participants to achieve their goals by creating efficient processes that result in streamlined plan administration and high participation rates. Serving retirement plan clients for more than five years, Kent graduated from Howard Payne University with a degree in business administration. Kent attends industry seminars each year to keep current on developments that can create efficiencies for clients' retirement benefits administration.As Vice President of Operations at Retirement Investment Administrators (RIA), Kent strives to provide unique solutions in retirement plan administration that allow employers to focus on their business and give peace of mind to employees planning for a comfortable retirement. He employs multi-step process during the initial stages of transitioning a plan to the RIA platform to anticipate and problem solve any potential obstacles. He works closely with Plan Administrators to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience and to provide the highest quality customer service. Kent is an outgoing person and great conversationalist with a wide range of interests. He enjoys good craft beer, spending time outdoors, hunting, and reading. Additionally, Kent is a top-notch "peek-a-boo" player with his son, Colby.

Tom Ditzer is the VP of Business Development who helps Retirement Plan Consultants and Employers institute best practices involving plan design, Fiduciary process, benefit illustrations & cost competitiveness to run their plan as efficiently as possible under ERISA law.People who know him can always count on his responsiveness, professionalism, "go-anywhere- at- anytime" attitude & dedication to helping the small businesses of North Texas.When not solving America's Retirement Conundrum, Tom is often playing ice hockey for a local group of has-beens called the Harrow Vaqueros, chasing squirrels with his dogs Beacon, El Macho & Sweet Pea, or listening to XM Pearl Jam radio in the car. Tom was born in Upstate New York and graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY.Tom & his wife Rebecca Mason, recently bought & renovated a 100+ year old house in Historic East Dallas & were featured on 2 separate episodes of "House Hunters" on HGTV. They are so fortunate to have recently welcomed their first child, Madax William Ditzer to the family!

Mr. Ralston is a specialist in the area of ERISA and the laws involving qualified employee benefit plans. He has practiced law in this area for twenty eight years, graduating from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1985. Previously, he earned a BBA degree from Southern Methodist University and a MA-Business from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Mr. Ralston has been involved extensively in the implementation of qualified employee benefit plans, including profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, money purchase pension plans, defined benefit pension plans and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). He has given particular emphasis to employee benefit plans for owners and highly compensated employees of closely-held businesses through implementation of comparability and age-weighted qualified retirement plans. Additionally, he consults with trustees and advisors concerning fiduciary duties and responsibilities under ERISA and assists plan sponsors with Voluntary Compliance applications to the IRS. Mr. Ralston is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas State Bar College and the Dallas Bar Association. He also is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and is a member of the Board of Directors of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Dallas-Fort Worth.
